The hunt for the Gangadiddle 2017

I've seen the Gangadiddle hunt before. It was an Alternate reality game about an other dimensional demon trying to destroy our world. Then the Gangadiddle was stopped, and I thought it was over until the last video on Nathan Israel's channel changed. Can anybody make out this code?

What could it mean? here are some possibilities:

• The top row is the words of the song, and the bottom are which letter of each word or vice versa.
  
• The top row is the location names from the hunt and the bottom is the letters from each name.
• A viginere cipher
• something more?

I need help here. I can't do this alone. As far as iv'e seen, I'm the only one who's taking this serious. I'm very interested in this. This is sort of a rallying call to anyone interested in this. Hell, maybe it's over and i'm just crazy, but I'm not going to give up.
